We do things differently at NE Geocaching Supplies for the benefit of our customers!
We are UNLIKE any other online Retailers as we operate a exclusive Custom Post module. Our postal prices are based on the size and weight of the items you purchase. This means our site is able to calculate the cost on over 1 million different combinations of products at any one time to give our customers the best value for money both in the UK and Internationally.
We're sorry but with over a 1 million different combinations it's just not possible to display all our postal charges.
Our exclusive Postal module places items in the correct postal size for volume then looks at the total weight. Postage is then calculated on size AND volume. Our module then adds a small percentage to cover postage and packing and automatically calculates the total to pay at the checkout When your delivery reaches over £30 UK and £50 Internationally Tracking is automatically added for your peace of mind.
So what does this mean for our customers?
It means that:
We DO NOT add postage to every item we sell
We DO NOT limited our Postal choices to compensate for a deficiency in the standard online postal system
Our customers recieve value for money on post everytime they purchase
This enables us to offer our customers the best value for money.
Where a red message is displayed above your order (International orders) please contact us as we can offer even better postal value on your delivery.
Our Postage charges are in line with the current Royal Mail charges (shown below in a link) and as mentioned above we add only a small percentage for packaging.

If paying by credit/debit card or by Paypal your postage is calculated automatically at checkout. If you are paying by Personal Cheque or Postal order you must contact us prior to your order and your postage will be calculated separately and you will be contacted regarding this amount. If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you to explain to you why your order has been delayed and confirm a new dispatch and delivery date. If this new date is unacceptable you have the right to cancel your order and a full refund will be paid. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details with your order in case we need to contact you. Postage charges are displayed in your Shopping Cart prior to you completing your purchase. All order are sent securely packaged with a quality packaging product and an invoice receipt. All mail is sent with a return address label and proof of posting is obtained at the time of posting. Please request updated postal costs from firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note the Channel Island, Scilly Island and Scottish Islands are listed under the Island names in the County selection drop down. Please select your island from the drop down list. Groups of Island listed as "Generic" can be ignored.
We would like to apologies to our customer for the increase in our postage costs from 28th March 2019. Unfortunately these costs have been imposed on us by the UK Post Office. We only charge a small additional amount to cover the cost of effective packaging for our products on top of our postage cost and we like to think we operate a fair postage policy. If you feel that the cost of your postage is excessive please contact us and we will willingly dispatch your bulky items by an alternative means (e.g.DPD or MyHermes). In order to have your items delivered by Courier please select the Courier Shipping option as your preferred method of dispatch. If you require additional services please email or contact us and we will assemble your parcel and you will then be invoiced separately for these additional costs.
If you select 24 hour delivery* your parcel will be dispatch via a "drop off" parcel service for delivery to your home address. If you select a 2 Day Delivery** your parcel will be dispatch via a "drop off" parcel service for delivery to your home address. If you select 3+ Day Delivery*** your parcel will be "picked up" from NE Geocaching Supplies the day after your order has been placed for the delivery to your home address. If you would prefer a Parcel Locker service please inform us when you order (the Parcel Locker Service is not available for some of our more bulky items - if you request this delivery we will let you know prior to dispatching your item if it is suitable for this delivery option).
*Your parcel will only be dispatch once the payment has been received. Once collected, your parcels will be delivered to their destination within 1-2 working days, however this is not guaranteed. Full tracking will be available once your parcel is shipped. You must place your order before 11AM in order to have a better chance of next-day delivery, however this is not guaranteed.

Please note that we endaevour to delivery your item within 3 days for in-stock items and with 10 days or sooner for custom items
If your delivery requires a signature - (all our Courier dispatch currently do) we might not be able to leave your item in a secure location.
In the event of a refund we will refund your postage cost to your payment account minus the current UK Postage Rate for the size of your order minus 0.60p on small order and £1.40 on larger orders for packing. All our orders are delivery in secure packaging and we aim to mail most orders with 24 hours of ordering (conditions apply).
It is the Customers responsibilty to provide the correct delivery address. NE Geocaching Supplies CANNOT be held responsible for a missed delivery due of an incorrect address supplied by a customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will offer you a refund of your original order MINUS your original delivery cost and a restock admin fee amounting to 25% of your total order.
We aim to dispatch every working day (M-F) and Sat before 10.00am. Where we cannot dispatch every working (ie when we are on holiday/vacation) a Customer Service announcement will be posted on our home page giving details of dispatch. We do not dispatch after 10.00am on a Saturday of a Sunday. If you order with this time your earliest dispatch will be Monday AM.
In order that we comply with Royal Mail postal requirement we CANNOT dispatch Power Bank via Royal Mail therefore please select courier delivery from the drop down box. WE CANNOT disptach these item INTERNATIONALLY.

In the unhappy event your items do not arrive please contact us within 48 hours and we will endeavour to resolve any issue. I'm afraid we will be unable to offer assistance after this time.

Please note as form June 2013 the maximum compensation payable on all items sent by STANDARD 1st and 2nd Class is limited to £20.
It your order value exceeds this £20 limit and for your own peace of mind we would suggest that you select our SIGNED FOR or alternatively INTERNATIONAL SIGNED option where the maximum compensation is £50.

NE Geocaching Supplies holds a record of all item dispatched from our premises and by ordering from us you accept that we will dispatch your order by the method of your choosing.
ALL HIGH VALUE munzee orders are test scanned and photocopied prior to dispatch. If your order is presumed missing these codes are passed to MHQ for cancellation. Any deploys on these missing items are then flagged directly to MHQ.
NE Geocaching Supplies CANNOT be held responsible if you order the incorrect postage and or the incorrect insurance cover for the value of your order. We unfortunately CANNOT be responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or not received packages outside the UK where the incorrect postage has been selected.
If you choose Standard postage where Tracked and signed has been advised we will not include your free gifts and we may ask you to confirm your postage option prior to dispatch of your items via email. This interaction could possibly delay the dispatch of your items.
Delivery by Courier
In order to provide our customers with the most economical prices we use Parcel2go. Our prices are monitored everytime a delivery by Courier is selected, this enables us to provide the best possible service.

We are sorry but we are unable to dispatch items greater than a maximum calculated volume of 225cm or 15Kg which ever comes 1st.

What happens if my delivery arrived damaged?
Please inform your delivery Courier at the time of acceptance. You may then return the item or accept your delivery. If you accept your delivery you MUST sign as DAMAGED ON DELIVERY and immediately photograph your damaged delivery BEFORE opening. Please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Your delivery must be sign for by the recipient on your order or a nominated individual who must be over the age of 18. Regrettably if these condition are not met we might not be able to assist you.
What happens if my delivery doesn't arrive?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve any issues immediately.
All UK orders are sent either via Royal mail or by DPD / My Hermes within 3 working days of your order (stock permitting). We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (where possible) and all none custom orders placed before 1.30pm (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatch the next working day.
All International orders will incur additional charges. Please select your country from the drop down box during the “Add to Cart” process. Your Postage & Packing will then be adjusted accordingly. Failure to do this will invalidate your order.
Please note: Import and Customs duties might be payable on your International order within your own country N. E. Geocaching Supplies are not liable for these additional costs.

Our Fair postage Scheme (and how it operates).
Due to general programming limitation in the HTML coding of certain web sites and web site browsers we offer a Fair Postage scheme.
This mean that we will issue you a refund where we see the Postage has been calculated incorrectly by the coding module.
We only charge UK Post Office postage rates plus a small additional amount for packaging which is calculated as follows;
General postage 60p
Postage with a padded envelope and grey mailer 60p
Tube mailer 90p
Board backed envelope 75p
Small parcel box 75p
The scheme comes into force whether you select General postage or Postage by Courier. Please note that some items are bulky and can only be posted by either small or medium parcels or alternatively Courier.
