RETURNS (UK only)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 15 days and we will refund you in full the cost of the goods, less the actual incurred cost of the original postage.
Please Note: All trackable items must be returned unregistered. Engraved items are not returnable.
If we supply the incorrect goods due to an error on our part, or the goods are faulty we will refund you in full, including the cost of the returned postage. A request to return the faulty goods will be made by us and where an item is deemed to be faulty a full refund will be given.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In order to return items please email us your name & address and also the reason for the return
IN ADVANCE failure to do so will incur a restocking fee of £5.00. We will then contact you accordingly.
To return items from overseas please contact us first to make alternative arrangements.
We cannot be held responsible for items returned and then lost in transit. Please obtain either a certificate of posting from the Post Office or use a recorded delivery service. Please retain this confirmation until we confirm the safe arrival of the goods.
