Our Returns policy

RETURNS (UK only)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods and we will refund you in full the cost of the goods, less the actual incurred cost of returning the goods (fees are deducted in accordance with out T & C) If your order is dispatch in more than one delivery your 14 days will start when you receive the last of your items.

Please Note: All trackable items must be returned unregistered. Engraved items are not returnable.

If the goods we supply are faulty we will refund you in full, including the cost of the returned postage. If we supply the incorrect goods due to an error on our part these goods must be returned unopened and in the condition as originally shipped. We have the right under the Consumer Contract Regulation 2014 to reduce this amount if you handle the goods more than was necessary (the extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop).

In order to return items please complete our Product return form (which can be found our our web site footer), and then email us your intention to do so with your name & address, IN ADVANCE failure to do so will incur a restocking fee of £5.00. As soon as you have completed the return please ship your items by a TRACKED service. We will then contact you accordingly and may issue a Return number ID if applicable to your return. As a small buiness we do not offer a FREE return postage label.

To return items from overseas please contact us first to make alternative arrangements.

We cannot be held responsible for items returned and then lost in transit. Please obtain either a certificate of posting from the Post Office or use a recorded delivery service. Please retain this confirmation until we confirm the safe arrival of the goods.

In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulation we will endeavour to refund you within 14 days (30 days max) of the good being received by us or alternatively from the point where you have provided evidence of the return of the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office). Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your return postage.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are returning any type of Lithium ion/polymer/metal/alloy, alkaline metal, nickel metal hydride (NiMH) and nickel cadmium (NiCd) please contact us for instruction before returning these items as some of these items cannot be carried by The Royal Mail
