We endeavour to apply any munzee credit, virtual or POB as soon as possible during working hours (GMT)
the vast majority of the time we will credit your account within 1 hour of your purchase however,
this is not guaranteed especially when we are attending events or out munzeeing ourselves.

Please allow up-to 24hrs for the credit to be applied to your account

As much as we would like to we unfortunately do not offer a 24/7 service, but we are always happy to
accommodate customer credit requests where we can.
If you have or are hosting or attending an up-and-coming event please contact in enough time so that credits
can be arranged beforehand.
