NE Geocaching Supplies specialise in retailing Geocaching items, munzee products and Trading cards and merchandise to the UK and International gaming markets. We can design and manufacture Custom made Personalised Trackables, clothing and merchandise for both the individual Geocacher or Munzee player but we are also large enough to cater for both National and International Events and for other like minded retailers.

We are the OLDEST, LARGEST & most well known Geocaching & Munzee store
in the UK and one of the largest in the Europe.
We currently retail over 1300 products!

As of 9.00am 5th March 2022 we have taken the decision to suspend all sales to both the Russian Federation & Belarus until further notice.
We might only be a small cog in a larger world, but we feel that we must make a stand with the people of Ukraine.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENTS

We have recently been pro-active in REDUCING our Postal charges for our customers as we have found that we can save our customers up-to £9.00 a consignment when using online postage as opposed to franking. We will always ship the most effective postage method whilst reducing the financial burden on our customers.

Please note:
Royal Mail changes to compensation limits
Due to the changes to the Compensation limits by Royal Mail as from (from 2^nd April 24)
we have reconfigured our postage options.
We have removed Signed for postage from our shipping options and replaced this options with Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 postage (£150 compensation). Unfortunately Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 is not available for letters therefore we might split your delivery to make sure you are fully covered for any loss

We are currently offering Store Pick up - please select "Pick up from NE Geocaching Supplies - Hurworth" as a postage option
(not available during event or holiday periods)

We will endeavour to ship your order same day if you order prior to 1pm on a
Monday to Friday (Custom orders as per product).
Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
Munzee credits will normally be applied to any nominated account within 2 hour window (exemptions permitting)*

We understand there are issues with An Post (Irish Republic) currently and Post NL (Netherlands)
This might cause deliveries to both the Irish Republic and the Netherlands to be delayed.
Please be patient your item/s will most likely arrive, but this might not be within the Royal Mail advised delivery time.
