We endeavour to apply any munzee credit, virtual or POB as soon as possible during working hours (GMT)
the vast majority of the time we will credit your account within 1 hour of your purchase however,
this is not guaranteed especially when we are attending events or out munzeeing ourselves.
Please allow up-to 24hrs for the credit to be applied to your account
