WW1 Memorial Plaque Photo Trackable Tag (by NE Geocaching Supplies):

Exclusive to NE Geocaching Supplies; our exclusive WW1 Memorial Plaque Photo Trackable Tag.

The Memorial Plaque was issued after the First World War to the next-of-kin of all British and Empire service personnel who were killed as a result of the war. 1,355,000 plaques were issued, which used a total of 450 tonnes of bronze, and continued to be issued into the 1930s to commemorate people who died as a consequence of the war.

Please provide the following information for the rear of the tags (if you have it):

1. Name
2. Service Number
3. Date of Death
4. Picture of the Service Personnel (if you have one). If you don't we will substitute this for a Memorial Wreath.
